Jazz Jennings is one of the most well-known transgender advocates<\/strong> and has been a strong voice for the LGBTQ+ community<\/a> since she was a young child. Over the years, she\u2019s used her story to help others understand what it means to be transgender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
