If it\u2019s a soulmate that you\u2019re looking for, you must have a better understanding of her through decrypting her past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Today, I\u2019m going to discuss my real <a href=\"https:\/\/mytransgenderdate.com\/blog\/2024\/11\/gender-expression-vs-gender-identity-the-nuances\">gender identity<\/a> and being <a href=\"https:\/\/mytransgenderdate.com\/blog\/2022\/06\/afab-and-amab-a-brief-gender-study\">assigned male at birth<\/a> in its early stages. There are a lot of trans women who <strong>start their transition at a very late age<\/strong> and we will be tackling that as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Signs that I am Transgender Person<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">In this section, I\u2019m going to divide it by <strong>the most common signs<\/strong> that are quite telling that I indeed have <a href=\"https:\/\/mytransgenderdate.com\/blog\/2020\/06\/the-gender-dysphoria-guide-and-what-you-must-know\/\">gender dysphoria<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">These are what you should be on the lookout for right off the bat. However, I\u2019m only going to talk about <strong>my experiences as a trans woman<\/strong>. If you\u2019re planning to transition to the opposite gender, just switch the situations accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I Dislike Toys for Boys<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">I\u2019m pretty sure that you have gone through childhood as well and you\u2019ve had preferences of the kinds of toys that you wanted to play with. I didn\u2019t like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the color blue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>robots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trains<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trucks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>swords<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sports <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Whenever we celebrated family reunions, I\u2019d often ask my female cousin to bring her toys with her so that I could play with them. I had a strong desire for \u201cgirly\u201d interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Barbie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sailor Moon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spice Girls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mariah Carey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Britney Spearsetc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">were the foundation of my childhood. Because I was not able to touch the latter, I opted for more gender-neutral interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will discuss more childhood later on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Masculine Physical Attributes Disgust Me<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For an Asian person, I\u2019m quite hairy. Yes, I\u2019ve said it and I can\u2019t believe that I am outing myself in public. However, this must be discussed. A lot of trans women assigned males don\u2019t like having male genitalia. The answer is yes, you still are (granted that you want to live your life as a woman 24\/7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Genitals have nothing to do with a person\u2019s gender. Male-to-female trans folks are born with male genitalia while female-to-male trans people are born with a vagina and some of them want to <strong>undergo the switch of genitals<\/strong> which further proves that\u2019s what\u2019s between your legs does not define who you are in a holistic sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[[SIGNUP]]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Age did I Start Feeling Different ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">I couldn\u2019t tell exactly when but I\u2019m going to say that my earliest memories already entail my trans experience. I\u2019m guessing that <strong>around the age of 5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seriously, I have no recollection of ever wanting to do \u201cboy stuff\u201d. Their uniforms were also way cuter than mine and there\u2019s just about their feminine world that I\u2019ve always related more to and wanted to be a part of. Their uniforms were also way cuter than mine and there\u2019s just about their feminine world that I\u2019ve always related more to and wanted to be a part of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Does my Attraction to Certain Genders Dictate my Trans Personhood ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">You\u2019re asking yourself the <strong>are you a transgender girl or a gay man<\/strong> because you prefer to have relationships or make love with men while you haven\u2019t transitioned yet, the answer is, it depends on how you want to live your life on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Do you like looking like a man and dressing up as one and do you want to be in a relationship with men? Liking whoever you want does not affect your womanhood. Liking whoever you want does not affect your womanhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To stop you further from <strong>questioning your gender<\/strong>, if you consider yourself a woman and want to live your life perpetually as a woman and you want to be with a man, the short answer is, you\u2019re a heterosexual transgender woman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if I am? How do I go about it ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">I\u2019m going to divide this section into 2 parts. Yes, I know that life is not as simple as black or white but this method will be easier for you as you can easily take each to create a more applicable gray solution to your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Before you come out as a transgender person, you first must know when the perfect timing would be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Single with No Kids<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re in this situation, the world is your oyster! This is the perfect time to come out as a trans woman and say goodbye to your assigned gender. First of all, you must acknowledge the fact that your wife <strong>may not be able to accept<\/strong> you after you decide to come out. You have to be open to the possibility that she will file a divorce as well. Invite her to a couple\u2019s counseling session or seek help together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I know the feeling of wanting to come out but feeling stuck in the closet.
